Instructions
Step 1
Slice ciabatta loaf. Drizzle with olive oil and then place under your broiler for 3-4 minutes. We want it LIGHTLY toasted.
Step 2
Put burrata on bottom slice and spread. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Drizzle with hot honey.
Step 4
Layer with sliced meats.
Step 5
Top with mixed greens tossed in oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and sliced shallots.
Step 6
Spread garlic spread on top slice, cover sandwich, cut in half and enjoy!
