Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 and spray loaf pan with baking spray or butter sprinkled with sugar

Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl
Step 3
Mash bananas in large bowl with fork, there should still be some small chunks remaining.

Whisk in sugar, eggs, butter, sour cream, and vanilla
Step 5
Add in flour mixture and mix till just combined
Step 6
Pour into pan and smooth out the top.
Step 7
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs
Step 8
If top browns too quickly, tent with aluminum foil the last 10 minutes
Step 9
Cool on cooling rack for 15 to 20 minutes
Step 10
Remove bread carefully and allow to cool completely about an hour)
