Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to the boil and add salt and rosemary and cook for 2 minutes, add butter and parmesan and stir well

Slowly drizzle in polenta while constantly whisking, lower the heat and cook for
further 3-4 minutes.

Pour into a small rectangular foil and place in fridge until well set.

Step 4: Cut into large size chips, dust lightly with flour.
Step 5
Deep fry 180'c until golden brown
Step 6
Remove from oil, drain on paper towels and serve.
