12 ozrigatoni pasta
boil until al dente

8 ozsausage
cut into quarter
7baby bell mushrooms
quartered
1broccoli crown
small, cut into florets
3garlic cloves
minced
½ Tbspall purpose flour
1 ¾ cupheavy cream
white pepper

as needed

½ Tbspolive oil
½ cupshredded provolone
0.5mozzarella
shredded
1 cupshredded parmesan Reggiano
parsley
freshly chopped, for garnish

Instructions
Step 1
Add the chicken thighs to a bowl and the listed ingredients. mix well and marinate while you prep everything else.

Step 2
Using a large pan over medium heat, add the 1/2 tbsp oil oil. once it's hot add the sausage. brown the sausage and set aside. add the chicken thighs.

Cook the chicken thighs for about 6 minutes each side or until fully cooked through. then remove and set aside.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms and saute, once they begin to brown season with salt and pepper. remove and set aside.

Lower the heat to medium low. Add the butter, the add the garlic. sauté until fragrant the add the flour and mix. Add the heavy cream while slowly stirring.

Add the pasta water that you saved when boil the pasta. season with the listed spices. Mix. Add the broccoli florets and cook until they begin to soften.

Add the cooked pasta, Mix. Lower the heat all the way down, then add the cheeses and slowly fold it in. Add back in the meats and mushrooms, and fold them in as well.
