Instructions

Step 1
Chop the bell peppers, capsicum, carrot (long), and onion and tomato in chopper, garlic finely
Step 2
On high heat, add 1 teaspoon butter to a non-stick pan

Add 1/4 teaspoon jeera
Step 4
Add the long veggies and sautee for 5 minutes until slightly black. Transfer to a bowl

To the pan, add 1 teaspoon olive oil

Add the garlic and onions. Sautee for a bit.

Add 1/4 teaspoon haldi

Add 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

Add 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder

Add 1 teaspoon salt

Stir the masala for a bit. Then add tomato and stir.

Add 1/4 cup water and stir for 2-3 minutes

Add 1/2 cup water again

Add the veggies
Step 15
Cook until the veggies are soft. Serve with rice/roti.
