2sundried tomatoes

Instructions
Cheese dip
Step 1
Chop the basil and sundried tomatoes. Grate the parmesan cheese.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Cut the bread roll in half.
Step 4
Spread the bottom half with the cheese dip and sprinkle on the emmental cheese.
Step 5
Bake the bottom half in the oven at 180 degree grill station until the cheese has melted.
Step 6
Meanwhile slice the tomato.
Step 7
Top the bottom half with the arugula and tomato slices.
Step 8
Stack the other bread half on top enjoy!
