Instructions

Step 1
Combine crust ingredients and form into ball. Roll out in a circle on a lightweight bendable cutting sheet. Gently peel crust onto pie dish. Press in until even around edges. Poke holes in bottom with fork to help crust cook well.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 3
Dice and sauté vegetables of choice, and cook meat of choice and place in bottom of crust evenly. (Potato actually works great too! If using potato, peel, wash and dice two small potatoes and sauté in skillet with oil until browned and soft)
Step 4
Sprinkle half of cheese over veggies and meat. Pour egg mixture on top to cover, then sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 F for approx. 35 minutes.
