For the batter

Step 1
Cut cauliflower into florets, rinse with water. Drain well. This is a crucial step as you we don't want the excess water to dilute the batter.

Mix the batter ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Put them on a baking sheet lined with oven paper.
Step 3
After the oven is preheated to 220°C, bake them on the upper and lower fire for about 30 minutes. Finally, bake it for 2 minutes with a high heat of 250°C until the surface turns golden.
Step 4
To make the black pepper sauce
all-purpose flour110g

salt1 teaspoon
black pepper½ teaspoon
Step 5
Add the cauliflower florets and toss until well combined.
Step 6
Serve warm.
Step 7
Add in the butter and let it melt, then continue to add the red jalapeno, lime leaves, black pepper and white pepper. Stir until well combined and season with soy sauce, sugar, and vegan 'oyster' sauce.
