Crispy Chilli Beef 🤤 made into an absolutely perfect meal prep option - 550 calories per potion! You can also feed the family with this recipe of course… Save this recipe for later 🙏🙏 Here’s your shopping list: Tbsp of soy sauce. 4 tbsp of reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce.
2 tbsp of ketchup.
3 tbsp of honey.
Tbsp of tomato puree.
4 tbsp of rice vinegar. 1 clove of garlic - finely grated . Thumb sized cube of ginger - finely grated.
 For the Crispy Beef: 2 egg whites. Tbsp of soy sauce. Tsp of Chinese five spice. 400g of lean beef strips. 100g of cornflour. Tbsp of groundnut oil for air frying/ frying. For the noodle salad: 4 nests of medium egg noodles. 1/2 tbsp of sesame seed oil. Juice of 1 lime. Tbsp of sriracha. 1 red bell pepper. A handful of radishes - chopped. 4 spring onions, reserve some for garnishing - thinly sliced diagonally. 2 red chillies, thinly sliced. Full recipe is on the website. Link in bio.
