Salad
0.5green cabbage
small
1english cucumber
2fennel bulbs
trimmed
4green onions
1 headRomain lettuce
2 cupssugar snap peas
trimmed
Salad Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Wash all the veggies thoroughly. Trim fennel bulbs and sugar snap peas.
Step 2
Chop all the veggies into very small pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3
In a blender, add all the salad dressing ingredients. Blend till smooth.
Step 4
Pour dressing over salad. Mix together.
Step 5
Enjoy with crackers!
