Crock Pot Pork Chops
Easy red sauce pork chops over egg noodles

Instructions
Step 1
Pat each side of pork chops with wet paper towel
Step 2
Season each side of pork chop with salt, pepper, and paprika
Step 3
Cut ends off and peel onion
Step 4
Cut onion into quarters and separate slices
Step 5
Place onion slices into crock pot
Step 6
Place seasoned pork chops on top of onion slices
Step 7
Add tomato soup over pork chops
Cover and seal crock pot and cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 4 hours
Step 8
20 minutes prior to pork chops being finished, bring a pot of salted water to a boil
Step 9
Add egg noodles to boiling water and cook as instructed
Step 10
Strain egg noodles and place back into same pot
Step 11
Remove pork chops from crock pot when done and place onto a plate
Step 12
Strain sauce from crock pot into a mixing bowl
Step 13
Add some sauce into bowl of noodles and mix to stop noodles from sticking together
Step 14
Place some noodles onto a plate, add pork chop on top of noodles, finish with some more sauce, and with vegetable of choice
