We've been loving all the shaved frozen fruit desserts we've been seeing around the internets and tried our hand at a Frozen Shaved Mango finished with a drizzle of condensed milk and sprinkle of Tajin! So good!

Instructions

Step 1
1. Place mango chunks onto a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze until the fruit is frozen, solid.
Step 2
2. Use a food processor with a cheese grater attachment and grate frozen mango. ( Alternatively use a microplane to grate frozen fruit into a bowl).
Step 3
3. Top shaved fruit with a generous drizzle of sweetened condensed milk.
Step 4
4. Sprinkle some Tajin seasoning over top and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
