Instructions
Step 1
Use a spiralizer to make fine zucchini noodles then spread them out on paper towels and sprinkle with salt . Pat them with more paper towels to get out as much moisture as possible
Step 2
Add some olive oil or a pan on medium heat then add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes and fry 2 minutes

Step 3
Add in two cups of cherry tomatoes then cover with a lid and cook 5 minutes
Step 4
Toss in the zucchini noodles then cook only one minute and remove from the heat . Add Parmesan cheese while it’s hot and the torn basil season to taste with salt and pepper then serve and eat immediately! Enjoy !
