Instructions

Step 1
Heat some oil in a large saucepan on medium-low heat and toss in the onions. Fry until softening and then add in the carrots, celery and peppers. Cook for another 5 minutes until the carrots are softening.
Step 2
Add the lentils and garlic and mix before adding in the flour and spices and mixing them in too.
Step 3
Add the stock 200ml at a time, mixing in each time. Once it has all been added, add the celery salt and bring to the boil. Simmer for 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.
Step 4
Turn off the heat and stir in the skyr before serving.
