Instructions

Step 1
Turn Instant Pot to Normal Sauté. Add the oil and let heat for 1-2 minutes. Add the sausage and kale and cook, breaking sausage into small crumbles, until lightly browned (about 3 minutes). Add stock and beans; stir.
Step 2
Place lid on pot and lock into place to seal. Cook on High Pressure for 3 minutes. Use Quick Pressure Release. Top with parmesan and serve.
