Instructions
Step 1
Melt the margarine in a saucepan over low heat. Once liquid add the flour. Stir until it turns yellow, and there is no liquid margarine left.

Step 2
Gradually add the milk, in batches. Add a little and stir, until a mass remains. Add a little more milk and stir gently until it forms a dough. Repeat this successively until you finish with all the milk.

Once a dough has been created, add the ham and a pinch of salt and continue stirring.

Once a very constant dough has been created, remove from the heat and pour it over a bowl and let the dough cool and rest for about a day.
Step 5
Once the dough has cooled, beat the eggs and pour some breadcrumbs on a plate. Take some of the dough, shape it.

Pass the dough through the breadcrumbs, then through the egg and again through the breadcrumbs. Repeat the process until there is no more dough.

Once they are all done, fry them until the bread is golden.
