Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the cream by whisking yoghurt and cream cheese together until smooth, set aside.
Step 2
Whisk the egg, milk, coffee and protein powder together in a shallow dish.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a fry pan, dip the bread into the egg mixture and place into the hot pan. Cook until golden on both sides.
Step 4
To assemble, spread half the yoghurt mixture over one piece of french toast. Repeat with the remaining toast & filling, then dust with cocoa powder and drizzle with maple syrup to serve.
