Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, orange zest, orange juice, white pepper, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Make a horizontal slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket without cutting all the way through.
Step 4
Stuff each chicken breast with the ricotta and orange mixture.
Step 5
Season the outside of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 7
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 8
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
