Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Form a Ball. The ball then press flat with your hands and shape. The patty should be bigger than your burger bun as it will shrink in size.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the patty and season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 2min then flip.

Again season with salt and pepper. Place the cheese slice on top and let melt for another 2min.

Fry the bacon until crispy.

Cut the burger bun in half. Toast both halves until golden brown.
Step 7
Slice the tomato and dice the onion.
Step 8
Spread both bread halves with the sauce.
Step 9
Top the bottom half with the cheese slice and melt with a blow torch. Alternatively you can place the cheese slice directly on to the bread and bake in the oven until the cheese has melted. Then add the sauce.
Step 10
Continue topping with the burger patty, bacon, tomato, salad and onions.
Step 11
Stack the other bread half on top and enjoy!
