Ground Beef Taco Soup

I created this using multiple recipes I read combined with ingredients I had. If you don't have fresh corn, use frozen or canned. (fresh added a nice crunch) I used Rotel brand tomatoes. Top it with cheese, sour cream, or Fritos if desired.

Instructions

Step 1
Brown ground beef and onion in soup pot.
Step 2
Add garlic and bell pepper for a couple of minutes until softened.
Step 3
Stir in taco seasoning and water until mixed.
Step 4
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until warmed through.
