Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180c
Step 2
Slice bananas onto a plate and mash until smooth. Place in a bowl with all the remaining ingredients except the coconut oil and stir together.
Step 3
Oil a baking dish (23x15x5cm) and spoon the mixture in.
Step 4
Bake for 12 minutes and then leave to cool before cutting into bars.
Step 5
Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
