Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).

2. Start by mashing the bananas, I processed them using my immersion blender but you can use a fork, and set aside.

3. Add all wet ingredients to a large bowl, stir to combine, then add all remaining ingredients (dry ingredients). Stir until well combined.
Step 4
4. Distribute the batter evenly into a cupcake form and top each cupcake with a slice of banana.
Step 5
5. Bake for about 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clear.

6. Let cool down on a cooling rack and enjoy❤️
