Instructions
Step 1
Toss your 96% lean or better ground meat with zucchini, green onion, cilantro, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. (Your mixture will be quite wet.)
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Step 3
Prepare a baking sheet and spray with PAM.
Step 4
Scoop your meatball mixture onto greased pan and spray again with PAM.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 6
Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes more or until browned on top.
