Instructions
Step 1
boil cauliflower in water, mirin and salt (1L of water)
Step 2
on a pan, fry the cauliflower in oil and char undisturbed for 5-6 minutes

add macadamia and stir fry with garlic

add butter when it becomes foamy then add miso and water
