Instructions
Step 1
To a bowl combine the chicken broth, flour, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Step 2
Pour into the crockpot and add chicken and sun dried tomatoes.
Step 3
Cook on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.
Step 4
Remove chicken, shred, and set aside.
Step 5
To the crockpot stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and spinach. Once combined add back in the chicken.
Step 6
Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Step 7
While that is finishing cook the pasta on the stove according to the package instructions.
Step 8
Add the pasta into the crockpot and stir until combined.
