Bibi's best Lasagne

Ingredients
6 servings
For the mince
onion
minced garlic
Minced ginger
garam masala
baby marrow
Grated
beef mince
tomato paste
sugar
vinegar
feta cheese
spinach
Cooked, liquidised
Beans
cooked
chutney
For the lasagne
Instructions
Step 1
Fry onions, garlic, ginger, baby marrow and spice in a bit of oil until soft. Remove from pot.
Step 2
Fry mince in a bit of oil and add onion mix to the mince. Add tomato paste, sugar, vinegar and let simmer for a while.
Step 3
Add Feta cheese, cooked spinach and cooked beans
Step 4
Make layers in an oven dish starting with a layer of white sauce, followed by Lasagne sheets, then mince mix. Repeat layers and top off with mozzarella cheese.
Step 5
Bake in the oven until it bubbles and cheese starts to turn brown. Serve with parmesan cheese and chilli sauce on the side.
