Instructions

Crunchy croissant

Step 1
Roll the croissants flat with a rolling pin.
Step 2
Heat the butter in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Drizzle the honey on to two seperate sides. Place each croissant on to one honey side. Let caramelize for about 1-2min. Then flip. Fry for another 1-2min.

Sandwich

Step 3
Slice the avocado.
Step 4
Top the bottom croissant with the salmon and avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Stack the other croissant on top and enjoy!
