Instructions
Step 1
Chop tomatoes in half and grate them to collect juice in bowl
Step 2
Fry garlic in 2 tablespoons olive oil
Step 3
Add chopped parsley stalks
Step 4
Add tomatoes and roughly same volume water

Add orzo salt and pepper. Cook with lid on for 13 minutes

Add finely chopped parsley leaves and grated halloumi
