Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
In a bowl toss together the asparagus and 2 tbsp olive oil. Spread on a sheet pan in a single layer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 3
In the same bowl toss the shrimp with 2 tbsp oil, lemon zest, and juice. Spread over the asparagus and season to taste with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
Step 4
Sprinkle over the parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes or until shrimp are done and asparagus is tender.
Step 6
Serve with rice.
