1butternut squash
diced and roasted

1 cupblueberries
1 cupcranberries
or strawberries
2 cupswild rice
cooked, or quinoa
4 cupsmixed greens

Salad dressing and garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the corn and wild rice (separately).
Step 2
Dice and roast the butternut squash and onions.
Step 3
Warm the beans in oil. Remove. Wilt lettuce in the same pan with a bit of oil and garlic powder.
Step 4
Mix the dressing ingredients.
