Stuffed Nutella Buns

This recipe is so easy to make as it’s no yeast and very little kneading . You can stuff it with sweet or savory fillings and fry bake or air fry them . Enjoy !

Instructions

Step 1
Whisk together flour baking soda sugar and salt in a large bowl

Step 2
Add the buttermilk in then stir until combined and knead using a sprinkle more flour if necessary . On a lightly floured surface Flatten into a disc shape and cut into 6 large or 8 medium pieces

Step 3
Roll into balls then flatten out and add a tablespoon of Nutella or other filling to the centre . Pinch the middle together then pinch the rest of the dough until it’s sealed .
Step 4
Place in a greased baking pan then brush with milk or egg wash . Bake at 200 c for 15 minutes or until golden ! Enjoy !
