Step 1
Add all ingredients to your crock pot and cook on low 6 hours. With a potato masher, mash the apples to get all the flavor out. Strain the apple cider with a fine mesh strainer. Serve warm from the crock pot- for a party just keep it on the warm or low setting, or drink it cold.
Step 2
Keeps in the fridge for a week in an airtight container or you can freeze it up to 8 months.
