Instructions
Step 1
1. Slice sourdough, drizzle olive oil on both sides and toast until crispy and golden.
Step 2
2. Add the avocado into a bowl, add lime juice, salt and black pepper and smash.
Step 3
3. Slice the tomatoes and start assembling the toast.
Step 4
4. Build each toast by assembling in the following order: toasted sourdough, smashed avocado, Arugula, tomatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper, burrata and a drizzle of EVOO. Serve right away and enjoy!
