Step 1
1.Pat the chicken breast dry.
Step 2
2.Sprinkle the paprika, and some salt and pepper onto the breast on each side. 3.Grill for 3-4 minutes per side on medium-high heat (or until fully cooked)

4.Prep all your veggies by chopping them into bite sized pieces.

5.In a medium non-stick pan over medium heat, combine all veggies except the spinach.

6.Let them cook for 2 minutes, making sure to stir occasionally. 7.Add 1oz water and place a lid on the pan to steam the veggies. 8.Allow them to steam for about 30 seconds.

9.Remove the lid and add your spinach and chili flakes.
Step 7
10.Cook for another 2 minutes while stirring.
Step 8
11.Plate the grilled chicken and veggies side by side and enjoy!
