Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Place your chopped up veggies on a non-stick baking tray, leaving space to add your salmon to the tray later. (leave salmon separate for now).
Step 3
Bake your veggies for 15 minutes, then take your tray out and add the salmon.
Step 4
Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until reaching the desired texture. 6.Remove and plate both salmon and veggies.
Step 5
Salt and pepper to taste.
