Orange and Cranberry granola

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together well, holding back the coconut flakes and dried cranberries
Step 3
Bake for 20 minutes
Step 4
Sprinkle over coconut flakes and bake for another 5 minutes until the coconut is golden
Step 5
Remove from oven, sprinkle over cranberries and leave to cool for 30 minutes
Step 6
Separate large clumps and store in an airtight container
