Instructions

Step 1
Wash chicken wings with water.
Step 2
Season with 2 tsp chicken granulated bouillon, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Ginger powder, 3 tsp Onion powder.
Step 3
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. After marinating, cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Put 6 Tomatoes, 10 habanero, 2 Onions, 2 red bell peppers in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Transfer mixture to a pot and boil until the water in the mixture evaporates completely.
Step 6
In a separate pot, put 2.5 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 chopped onions and fry for about 4 minutes.
Step 7
Add boiled pepper mix and fry on medium to low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally as you fry.
Step 8
Add boiled chicken with the broth and 1 cup of water and cook on low heat for another 15 minutes or until the oil floats to the top.
