Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the gammon for 5 mins, turning halfway, until golden on both sides
Step 2
Remove, slice into strips, then return to the pan
Step 3
Add the veg and garlic and ginger and fry gently for 5 mins, until just tender
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the pack instructions
Step 5
Add the Chinese five spice to the pan and cook for 1 minute, then add the pineapple and fry for a few mins more
Step 6
Add the rice, stir and divide between 2 bowls
