Instructions

Pumpkin spice syrup

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water and bring to a simmer

Once the sugar dissolved, add the cinnamon stick, pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice and let simmer for 10 minutes

Remove from heat and immediately strain

Heat and froth milk
Step 5
Make an espresso
Step 6
Place the pumpkin spice syrup into a mug, followed by the hot espresso and stir together
Step 7
Fill the mug with the milk until ¾ full, then top with whipped cream
Step 8
Sprinkle with pumpkin spice
