Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to instructions and save 1/2 of pasta water. Strain.
Step 2
Mince garlic gloves and chop tomato and bell pepper.
Step 3
Add 2 tsp of olive oil into a pan and cook the garlic until fragrant.
Step 4
Season with 1 tsp Italian herbs, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Blend everything with the cream cheese and pasta water until smooth.
Step 6
Cook the ground beef in 1 tsp of olive oil, and add 1 tsp Italian herbs, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper.
Step 7
Add the pasta and sauce, then combine. Garnish with parmesan and parsley.
