Instructions
Step 1
Add butter, white sugar and brown sugar in a bowl and mix until creamy.
Step 2
Add whole egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
Step 3
Sift flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl and mix.
Step 4
Add 1/2 of the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
Step 5
Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix until cookie dough is formed.
Step 6
Add the dark chocolate chunks to the dough and hand-mix the dough.
Step 7
Cool the dough for 30 mins or 12 hours in fridge.
Step 8
Roll a spoonful of the dough into a ball and place into a greased baking pan.
Step 9
Bake for 10-15 mins in 175°C
