Instructions
Step 1
Combine ground chuck, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme in a large bowl. Shape mixture into ~54 1-inch balls.
Step 2
Cook meatballs in batches in a large skillet over medium high heat until browned (about 5 minutes).
Step 3
Remove meatballs and drain well on paper towels.
Step 4
Over medium heat, stir together cranberry sauce, chili sauce, orange marmalade, water, soy sauce, and red wine vinegar in a large dutch oven and cook, whisking occasionally, for 5 minutes or until smooth.
Step 5
Add meatballs, reduce heat to low, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until centers are no longer pink.
