Stir fried kielbasa with steamed rice is one of my favorite childhood meals. It’s sweet, sour, and salty and so good with rice.

Step 1
Prep vegetables. Slice kielbasa and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until it get a slight char. Push the kielbasa aside and cook the onions, garlic and the white parts of the green onion until the color is translucent. Add oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper and ketchup. Then add tomatoes and green onions. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add cilantro then stir for one minute.
