Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add a pinch of sugar and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs.
Step 3
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Step 5
Prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.
Step 6
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the filling evenly over the dough and roll it up tightly.
Step 7
Cut the roll into 12 equal slices and place them in the prepared pan.
Step 8
In a saucepan, combine ingredients for the sticky sauce. Bring to a boil and pour over the buns.
Step 9
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 10
Let the buns cool for a few minutes before flipping them onto a serving platter.
