Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients and knead it for 10 minutes on high speed
Step 2
Cover the dough and put it in the fridge for a day (24hrs)
Step 3
Take out the dough from the fridge and let it rest for more 3 hours (or 4) on room temperature
Step 4
Mix the pearl sugar with the dough
Step 5
Heat the waffle maker on high heat and bake it for 5-8 minutes
Step 6
Weight each 70-75g
