Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F and roast hazelnuts for 12 minutes

Remove from oven and let rest

Heat oil in a stock pot and saute onion until golden brown

Add cauliflower and garlic and saute for 5 minutes
Step 5
Add water and bouillon cubes
Step 6
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes
Step 7
Saute samphire in a hot oiled pan for 5 minutes
Step 8
Add lemon juice and hazelnuts to the pot
Step 9
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth
Step 10
Stir in cheese
Step 11
Serve in a bowl topped with fried samphire
