Step 1
Wash the chicken breasts and cut off fat and cartilage. Slice in the middle but not fully.
Step 2
Put pepper salt curry powder apple cider vinegar oregano garlic grated into a grinding bowl or blender. Grind together or blend together.
Step 3
Paint the mixture and spoon mixture inside the chicken breasts. Make two separate fools parcels and put the chicken in individually in the parcels place onion slices inside slits of chicken and tomatoes in the parcels, heat oven to 170c bake for 40-45 mins
Step 4
Leave this but for 15 mins before the chicken is done. Boil the rice in a pan for specified time, drain and put back in the pan. Add curry powder to the rice and mix it in. Take chicken out and put some of the juice into the rice pan for flavor .
Step 5
Assemble the rice into some shapes, two domes per person can be made from the batch, assemble chicken and serve!
