Instructions
Step 1
Roll out puff pastry then cut into circles or squares depending on the shape of your waffle maker . You will need a layer of pastry for the bottom and one for the top

Step 2
Grease the waffle maker then add the bottom layer of pastry . Slice a banana and add the slices to the pastry then drizzle fudge sauce all over

Step 3
Place the top layer of pastry on top and pinch the edges shut then on medium low heat cook the waffles for about 10 minutes or until golden and crunchy . If your pastry is thick it may take longer so adjust time accordingly . Serve with more fudge sauce and enjoy
