Step 1
1. add chicken to skillet 2. combine cottage cheese and spaghetti sauce in blender and blend
3. Add garlic and italian seasoning, and tomatoes to chicken
4. in another pan cook the noodles
5. Drain noodles but keep about 1/2 cup of the water
5. add noodles to chicken
6. top with parm cheese
7.add the noodle water and spincach
8. turn off heat and let cool for about 5 minutes (important to let cool or cottage cheese will curl)
9. once five minutes are up add the sauce, give a stir and ready to eat
