Meatball Tortellini Soup 🥣
FROZEN DINNER MEAL PREP!
Freezer ➡️ Crockpot
INGREDIENTS:
🧅1 onion diced
🥕2 carrots peeled and finely chopped
🥫28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
🍅 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
🍝16 ounces frozen Italian meatballs
💚8 ounces frozen chopped spinach
🍃2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
🧄½ teaspoon garlic powder
🧂½ teaspoon salt
🫙8 cups beef broth
🧀16 ounces cheese tortellini
⭐️OPTIONAL:Shredded Parmesan cheese for topping
DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣Combine all ingredients EXCEPT beef broth t into a gallon size bag
2️⃣Label and freeze up to 3 months
3️⃣Thaw overnight in the refrigerator
4️⃣Combine contents of the bag and beef broth into a crockpot and cook on low 4 hours
5️⃣Top with cheese
